I've been hired by a major energy controls manufacturer to help them expand and hire 2 Sales Directors on the West coast. These people will drive sales and develop and execute annual sales plans. They will manage up to 10 RSM's across multiple sales channels (distributors, specifiers, retail, contractors, etc) and model and teach strong sales practices. They are looking for very hands on managers who are still actively involved in sales.
Candidates must have:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business
• Must understand selling to the commercial construction industry
