I'm recruiting for a Branch Manager for one of the country’s largest and most successful national electrical wholesalers. My client is one of the strongest names in the area, ranked in the top 5 electrical wholesalers in the country and has a rare opportunity to join the company as a branch manager for a location in San Antonio. The branch is running just shy of $15M annually with a strong, experienced staff that services the utility, C&I markets in the greater San Antonio area. They offer an excellent brand name within the industry, superior inventory levels, and a very strong, capable team of electrical professionals who are only missing one thing...a solid manager!
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Sales / sales management or solid branch / operations experience within the local area
• A good understanding of the local business culture, reps and vendors as well as the end users in the area
• Excellent strategic and market development skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to attract, retain, coach and grow the team
• Experience working for an electrical distributor preferred but we'll also consider candidates from the rep or manufacturing environment
• Great attitude, work ethic and ability to build this business!
