This is an AWESOME opportunity within a world class, industry leader in the wire and cable business. The company has been rapidly expanding their industrial automation business by offering a wide variety of control products (pushbuttons, motor controls, circuit protection, connectors, cord sets, terminal blocks, protocol gateways, power supplies, media
converters, enclosures, etc.) in addition to their industrial Ethernet and
Fieldbus networking products, copper and fiber communication cable offering.
I’m looking for someone to step into a role to support the sales organization to help make sure the right vendors, inventory, pricing, part numbers and product information is available and up to date. The role will support the division’s overall sales, marketing and inventory strategy for the automation products group. Excellent chance for someone who’s working in sales or support within a distributor, manufacturer or rep of industrial products who has some solid product knowledge, enjoys marketing and has sales acumen and the desire to step into a specialized role within a market leader. To be considered:
• Candidates must be local
• Have knowledge of control products
• Strong computer knowledge of Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Current or very recent experience in the industrial automation space
• High energy, good attention to detail
