Communication:  honest, timely and open communications of who we are, our relationship with our clients and our process

Confidentiality:  complete discretion in the process. Rigorous attention to keeping candidate information confidential

Honesty:  we tell the candidate exactly where they stand, and if they aren’t qualified, where they fall short.

Timeliness:  we keep the candidate fully informed as close to real time as possible.

Independence: we don’t ‘care’ if any one candidate is the ultimate ‘winner’.  We are client-centric and  act at the discretion of our clients to ensure an adequate quantity of qualified candidates. As such, we are free and independent to be totally honest with them.

Mutual Respect:  we request an open and honest relationship with our candidates and will offer free advice to improving their marketability or likely career development plans.
