Regional Sales Manager – West

I’m working with a large, highly regarded lighting manufacturer that is expanding their sales management team. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the West to call on electrical contractors. The RSM will work with the existing rep organizations to identify key strategic contractors within each major territory to include in this contractor development program. The RSM will help train the rep agencies, the contractor support team, including project managers, estimators, etc. The RSM will become the corporate identity to each of the preferred contractors and help them manage their lighting segment, with the assistance of the local agency. This program has the highest visibility within the company and is a strategic commitment by the company to grow the program.

Candidates must:
• Have commercial lighting industry experience
• Live in the West (from CO west)
• Strong experience working with and closing deals with design build contractors
