Results
Egret tracks the following metrics of performance:
• Retention: 98% of all Egret candidates since 1999 have remained with their new companies for a minimum of one year. Additionally over 94% have remained for three years or more.
• Time to present: 43 calendar days. (This represents the average number of days for Egret to present the ultimate successful, executive candidate to the client company. Our time to present for non-executive positions is 28 days.)
• Time from presentation to start: 41 calendar days. (This represents the average number of days it takes for the client company to complete their interviewing process, extend an offer, have the candidate resign and formally start with our client company)
• Completion: 98% of our assignments are fulfilled. The remaining 2% are wholly accounted for by client cancellations of the project.
• Interviews to Placement: 3.5 Interviews per placement; we typically present 3 to 5 qualified candidates for each search. (This represents the ratio of the average number of candidates personally interviewed by our clients for each successful placement)
