Ted
Ted has over 25 years of electrical industry experience. Ted
holds a PhD degree in Psychology and has previous career
industry experience as VP, Sales for a $1Billion electrical
manufacturing firm. Employed by Cooper Industries for nearly 16
years, Ted developed significant industry ties and an expansive
network of contacts. Ted served on industry trade advisory
boards, was signatory to his Divisional 5-year strategic plan,
prepared and presented the annual operating budget for his
Division, and was responsible for world-wide sales in all
channels. Ted has direct industry experience in Commercial,
Industrial, Utility, Retail, Big Box Retail, DOT, International,
and Specialty markets; which included Grainger and high-end
residential channels.
Ted manages his own client base
within both electrical manufacturing and distribution, with an
emphasis on senior management positions; in addition to managing
the overall business strategy and direction for Egret Consulting
Group. Ted is an active participant in electrical industry-wide
events, including NAED and LightFair, and is a long time member
of IES. Ted has attended numerous IEEE, ASID, GlobalSpec, NECA,
and major regional electrical associations. Ted is a board
member of the Pinnacle Society www.pinnaclesociety.org an
organization of 75 of the top recruiters in the country,
dedicated to sharing best practices and improving the
professionalism of executive search practices. Ted also consults in
mergers and acquisitions and serves on boards of directors
within the electrical industry.

Diane joined Egret Consulting in 2005 and is now the Director of
the Manufacturing Division for Egret, supporting Manufacturing
clients. As Director, recruiting exclusively in the
electrical manufacturing industry, Diane holds full
responsibility for client development and candidate
identification. Diane
personally recruits every client position and customizes every
client assignment specifically to their needs. Diane won
the prestigious Pacesetter Award for top performance within
Egret Consulting Group in 2006.
Prior to joining
Egret, Diane had over five years of retail sales management
experience in the music industry, promoting luxury consumer
products.
Diane holds a B.Mus. degree from the American Conservatory
of Music (Chicago, IL), and has successfully recruited
for a broad spectrum of positions for electrical manufacturers,
with special focus on the Lighting industry, as well as a
specialized niche in Wire and Cable. Specific positions
have included functional disciplines of Sales, Marketing,
Engineering and Operations. Levels of positions have
ranged from Inside Sales through all levels of Management,
including Manager, Director, General Manager and Vice President
positions. Specific focus has been given to Purchasing,

Susan Francq
joined Egret Consulting as a Sr. Search Consultant in 2007.
In her role, Susan recruits for top talent on both the
manufacturing and distribution side of the business.
Susan has over 11 years of recruiting experience and
joined us from Siemens Building Technologies.
She started with Siemens working in the Facility
Management Services group for seven years and then moved into a
corporate recruitment role as Sr. Staffing Partner for the South
region. She has
worked on a vast number of positions to include, senior
management, operations, management, sales & finance type
positions. Susan
is a member of AIRS and holds her ACIR and CDR certifications
from AIRS. Susan is a member of SHRM and has a Predictive Index
certification used for PI testing which is used by several of
our clients.
Some recent positions Susan has been working on include,

Brooke
joined Egret in 2008 as an Executive Recruiter and is now the
Director of Consulting Engineering, Design and Architectural Services. Brooke has
over 5 years of sales / sales management experience in the
performance training industry and was manager of a leading
developer of financial institution training regimens. Brooke
holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
Brooke has worked on a wide variety of searches including Lighting
Designers, Sr. Lighting Designers, Electrical Engineers, Electrical
Designers, Project Managers, PE's, Sr. Electrical Engineers, etc.

Christina
Christina joined Egret in 2004 and manages the
overall office functions of Egret Consulting; including IT,
accounts receivable and training. Christina has over 19
years of office support, project manager and IT experience.
She spent the first 8 years of her career supporting a very
bleeding edge and lucrative Wire EDM /Tool & Die shop in
accounting, customer service and production control roles.
Subsequently, she moved to the automation assembly industry
spending 8 years supporting both internal and external customers
with IT concerns. Just prior to coming to Egret Consulting
Christina spent 3 years with the fourth largest sign company in
the United States and her most recent assignment was in project
management. Christina holds a BA Degree in
Accounting from Aurora University.
