Fee Structure
We are the
largest search firm dedicated to this industry and as we are solely
committed to this industry, we recognize the need for flexibility in how
we approach our contracted services. Our approach is to craft a
solution for our clients that is mutually rewarding and ensures the proper
level of investment into the process. Ultimately, the goal for both
sides is to ensure that we identify, qualify and hire the right person for
the position. Your Egret consultant will help identify the best
solution to your needs, but in general we approach search from the
following contractual perspectives:
Executive
Retained Search
Typically used for senior executives where our qualification process
includes our personal interview session, a detailed candidate assessment
process and optional services such as the Caliper® Executive
Assessment, Wonderlic® mental acuity assessment, background
checks and/or personal participation in your panel interviews.
This represents our top priority and commands the largest resource
dedication to identifying and qualifying the successful candidate.
In addition to the above process and optional services, we extend
candidate exclusivity, a protracted replacement warranty, confidential and
private reference checks within our own network, in addition to the
candidate's references.
Our fees are assessed based upon the complexity of the search and are paid
in three installments throughout the search process, culminating in
successful fulfillment
Modified Retained
Search
Typically used for middle
management or tough to find functional positions. Our qualification
process includes a 27-step formal process and commitment of dedicated
resources to ensure fulfillment. Our fees are paid in three
installments, with the third payment performance-based upon successful
fulfillment.
Exclusive Contingent
Exclusive Contingent agreements are used only for unique or
limited assignments. Our fees are paid upon fulfillment and may
include an advance down payment to offset our research and project launch
expenses.
Project Management
A team-based solution to solving our clients' large staffing projects.
Egret Consulting Group will employ multiple staff members to coordinate a
detailed, strategic logistics plan to deliver multiple candidates within
narrow time limits. Our fees are assessed based upon the quantity of
positions (minimum of 10), time requirements and complexity of the
positions. Our fees include an advance payment and monthly retainer
payments throughout the life of the project; as well as a guaranteed
number of positions. We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee, reference
and degree verifications and a hiring process metrics performance review.
