Our process involves an in-depth review of your company's financial, historical and cultural attributes; as well as your motivation for selling the company. Our entire process is very confidential; requiring the use of non-disclosure agreements in every step of the process to ensure minimal disruption to your business.

Our fee structure for M&A consulting involves an advance payment for preparation of the marketing program and a percentage of the final sales price, plus reasonable expense sharing, where applicable.
